The "VASIL GYM" training complex has been produced by the "VASIL" firm from 1998. The "VASIL GYM" substituted the "IDEAL" sporting and training complex that com-prised 48 units of the weight sack machines and benches.
The "VASIL GYM" training complex is designed as oriented to professional sportsmen first of all, as well as to equip fitness centers, corporate health centers and training halls housing large quantities of persons.
Immediately after arrival the "VASIL GYM" was enjoyed by a great number of custom-ers with confidence. Reliability of structures, ergonomic accomplishments, prompt and conven-ient system to adjust apparatuses, availability of the gear to facilitate starting ensure comfort and safe exercising of sportsmen of various levels of experience.
The complex features unique assemblies and gears consolidated by modern design.
Frame structures are made of 40 x 80 mm rectangle section steel pipes. Unique method to bend the pipes ensures modern technical design for the machines making them more advantageous as compared with other models. The warranty for the frame structures is issued for 5 years.
As a counterbalance weight stack systems in a form of metal plates lined with colored plastics that travel at chromium-plated guides are provided.
The easy start mechanism is used in the weight stack machine structures. When working with maximum weight the sportsman is protected from injuries in the initial and in the final stages of training by this device.
To transfer a strain from the weight to force levers the dia 4,8 mm steel cable featuring 1240 kg, the warranty is issued for 1 year, of breaking strength and steel blocks at rolling bear-ings taking maximum load of 750 kg are used. The warranty is issued for 2 years.
Powder paint used for manufacturing purposes ensures protection from corrosion and chipping and maintains glitter of painted components for a long time.
All benches and racks of the "VASIL GYM" complex are supplied with chromium-plated and impact resistant plate covers and the special coating increases the service life of any component providing the article with respectable appearance.
Soft layer of seats and seat-backs is made of environment friendly and wear proof foam polyurethane. Vinyl leather of 8 colors is offered to select a color spectrum. The warranty is is-sued for 6 months.
Force level handles are made of elastic and durable PVC material providing for reliable and comfort hand grip of any force lever handle.
Starting from 2001 the "VASIL" firm offers "LUX" integration as a new service, i.e.
- selection of color spectrum for the frame and PVC leather at soft parts;
- mounting of a weight stack decorative and protective panel;
- mounting of closed rolling bearings;
- increased amount of the chromium-plated parts at the exerciser;
- seats are made of multiply plywood;
- fastening of a weight latch at a flexible and elastic cord;
- 2.5 kg extra weight may be equipped for additional charge.
